Once we have carried out the test you will either receive an MOT certificate, in which case we’ll see you the following year, or a “Refusal of an MOT Test Certificate’. The ‘refusal’ notice, as it’s called by the DVSA, will advise you on what repairs need to be done to the vehicle to obtain the MOT Certificate. We will let you know how much these repairs will cost and can, in most cases, carry out the repairs and retest the same day, getting you back on the road as quickly as possible! Retests are free, if carried out by ourselves within 10 days of the first test.
